April 9, 201016 yr I know it is a simple procedure, but I stuck. I selected MD-11X Load manger Panel Configuration as "Wide Screen" and FSX loaded , Md-11X appeared with wide screen. This morning I downloaded TWA re-paint from PMDG download section and loaded FSX, MD-11X/TWA appeared with "Normal" not "Wide Screen". What did I missed? April 9, 201016 yr Full name please Sanal, if you have Vista/W7 then you probably need to assign admin rights to the pmdg folder and subfolders to keep the security nanny happy. Dan Downs KCRP
April 9, 201016 yr Author MY pc crashed and I rebuilded all files and addons. I didn't have any wide-screen problem with MD-11x. I have vista 64. Previously, I downloaded TWA with widescreen, but not this time. It looks like some thing happening. I turned-off UAC, virus check and firewall and reinstalled TWA re=paint. April 11, 201016 yr Author Ahmet, what was the solution? For the benefit of a future forum visitor.When I was downloading all PMDG products I disconnected UAC, NORTON and Firewall. All installation went with out problem . However , when I downloaded MD-11X TWA re-paint , contrary to Load manager "Wide Screen" mode. TWA keep staying in "Normal mode". I had also problem with CA and AA re-paints.Paul, from Product Support advised me to use " Run as Administrator", other vise it will not load "Wide screen"I realized the problem. UAC was deactvated, therefor when I cliked "Run as Administrator" during re=paint downloads, Vista64 was not accepting the installation because there is no "Run as Administrator" authority exist.1- I re activated UAC and re downloaded "TWA, AA and CA" repaint checking "Run as Administrator" all installation succeeded.Regards Ahmet Sanal "Time you enjoyed wasting, was not wasted"
