Hi,You can only ask for runways that are designated as Active by ATC. This is determined by the wind direction. If the wind is against that runway, then you can't ask for it. Usually only one non-parallel runway (or multiple parallel runways) will be active for a given wind direction. The others are not available.As for parallel runways, if you close one for landing, then only the other one will be available to you.There is a "star" technique that can open non-parallel runways at the same time; this is a Xwind tutorial about that:http://www.scruffyduck.org.uk/filemanager/...irport%20DesignHope this helps,
