LSAS again...

Featured Replies

Hello, My MD11 works nice now. there is just a small Bug? with the LSAS system . i already wrote about it.i can easily reproduce it. I start FSX.. choose the MD11 and Airport (EDDF as example) and doa Short Flight to Hamburg EDDH. everythink works well and how expected. After Landing in EDDHon the gate I prepare the "11" for a new flight to LHBP as example but without reloading the plane in FSX. then after second takeoff without reloading the plane in FSX between these flights i gota Problem with the LSAS system 1000feet after takeoff. I lost elevator controlls. cant push up or down but roll the plane.Autoflight is OFF. got controll again if i turn off the LSAS or hold "Z" (autopilot disc.) pressed.is there any solution for this Problem other then just reload the plane after every landing? thanks, sergio milano

I've flown sequential flights in her and have not run into this; but only during beta testing. In general, I always restart FSX because it has it's own problems. Maybe support can help you with this one, visit the support web page and open a ticket.

I had this happen a while back. I can't remember how I fixed it though, but it was either deleting my FSUIPC.dll or a problem in my FSX control settings where something else was also mapped to do the elevators and prevented me from doing it. I think it was the second one now that I think about it more. Got through your settings for every controller for your elevator. If that doesn't help then delete your "Standard.xml" in your "C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\Controls" folder and let it rebuild it.
