If by "newer" you mean any FSX Carenado aircraft, then no. For some reason the rain effect was removed in FSX. You probably remember it from FS9 models? In FSX the rain effects need to be hardcoded into the aircraft. There are a few that have that effect: the Lotussim L-39 Alabatros, the PMDG J-41 and the RealAir Duke, if I remember correctly (I only have the first of those three).

I know about this and I always found that decision (Microsoft) super weird. Why no wind or no clouds? See..
