April 20, 201016 yr Hi,No, right now it is pretty dumb. It's not like a system scanner or anything we are used to seeing or using. Like right now it will only help a person fix 5 specific problems on their computer:--Printing Problems and printing errors--Video freezes or crashes in IE--Your CD or DVD drive cannot write or read media--IE freezes or crashes--Problems with sound and audio or no sound
