:( Hi Experts and the rest:Just downloaded from PMDG the MD-11. I got the MSFSX, in a W7 64 bites.When the FS starts and request type of plane, I hit the MD-11 PMDG. The aircraft flight deck appears to the screen, are not the PMDG md-11 one. I could not move any switch, altimeter setting, etc. What I did wrong every time?. Could be possible that I maded any mistake during install proccess ?. In fact I just donwload from PMDG website.I searching to find any tutorial exactely from the beggining of the proccess but i couldn't found it.Really need a good chap with pleanty of patient to give me maybe a check list step by step.Look forward to any possible reply and help.Thank you,Safaba.-

Right click the application to install and choose "Run as Administrator". When it attempts to install the C++ files, make sure you allow it to.This also sounds like .net may be shut off posibly, but try the above 1st and we'll take things one step at a time.

Hi, Sir:Sorry, probably I did not explain properly. Yes, an MD-11 appears, but this is the MD-11 type that brings the FS as default, no that PMDG one, that you could manipulate switches, controls, etc. Could be possible that the download of the PMD MD-11 must go to the an specific file inside the FS ?. FS doesn't have a MD-11 by default.

I would advise that you send a ticket to PMDG, you must register your product first, after that you can submit your issue.Knowing the installer name (ie. PMDG_MD11X_v1.XX.XXXX.exe) would help, uhm do you have a downloads folder that you saved it to?Did you purchase the Boxed version, or was it downloaded from PMDG? I agree with Robert. You may have gotten a corrupt download or something and PMDG could probably let you download a fresh download and try again. You'd have to create a problem ticket with them though.I am also curious of the actual file name that you downloaded from PMDG that is the PMDG MD-11 installer.
