April 23, 201016 yr Hi thereI just registered my RC copy in my laptop, but I'm unable to do so in my desktop. Do I need to send a new key request?ThanksEDIT: just noticed that the new installation generated a different product ID and sent a request for that. I hope I didn't screw up and we're not allowed to register RC in two different machines.
April 23, 201016 yr I don't know jd's policy on multiple installations for the same user. Your first key that you received is unique to the operating system information on your laptop. You will need a second key for your desktop. Be sure to use the same e-mail address that you placed your order from and request the key from your laptop. It will have a different product identifier code. Be sure to include the - in that code. Either let RC generate the mail or better yet send the described format with some comment in the body about what you want to do.
