Mike, the latest updates can be viewed at the pmdg web site (downloads). Nope, 1.3 (600/700) is the latest.

does installing the 800/900 series do anything to the 600/700 series?mike ryder

Yes,It updates the 600/700 cockpit and VC to the same standards as the 800/900, ie. it adds a fully clickable VC etc.
