Would you buy FS2crew for LH Maddog ?

Featured Replies

I'm interested in FS2crew for the Maddog but one thing makes my wonder. English is not my native language so I fear that the voicerecognition might not work for me because of that. For example I have a program called ATCsimulator which can use voicerecognition and that didn't worked well for me at all. Is FS2crew expected to function better? Is there any FS2crew user here which don't have english as their native language? Does voicerecognition in FS2crew works fine for you? What are your native language?I might point out that I tried ATCsimulator on a Win XP system and now I use a Win 7 x64 system for flight simming. Maybe voicerecognition works better on Win 7?

Mate, I just have one thing to say: BUY IT!Regardless of your native language, if you run the voice training and your English is good enough, you won't have any problems. My native language is Spanish and after running the voice training a couple of times, the voice recognition system works perfectly. You won't regret to buy the FS2C; IMO, the Leonardo Maddog equipped with the FS2C software is THE best aircraft simulation ever.

Agreed. I bought it; It's fantastic!I should mention this program works better on Windows 7 out of the box than it does with XP. It took some work getting it to function on my XP computer.

True. Speech recognition system on Win7 seems to be more advanced (obviously) than on WinXP. Just be sure to get Win7 32-bit as 64-bit is not supported.

Im pretty sure that speech recognition works on W7 64 bit, it was only the XP 64 bit that had issues.

You're absolutely correct. Windows 7 64 is supported. And for the record: There's a work around for XP 64, which I used on my friend's PC.
