Hi John - While I do not own this product I thought I may offer some help.They have a step by step guide is this what you followed?http://www.dbsim.com/DBS_Studio_Activation_Guide.pdfIt seems they have a rather lengthy and convoluted process which includes receiving an activation "string" by email from DBS.

Hello Robert, thanks for getting your reply. Yes I followed the instructions that come with the product to the letter several times but to no avail. I just also downloaded a so called activation helper with no instructions as to how to use it lol. I received the activation string (which would be about 2 meters in length if layed on one line) and applied as per the instruction but nothing happens. I do not see the what i am supposed to see. I am off t bed now it's 3:07am. I will check the thread when I wake up. G'night mate........John

So after you pressed Activate, and restarted FS9, still nothing huh? Guess you'll have to send them a support request at [email protected] frustrating when you purchase/install and you cannot use the product, hang in there sooner than later you will have the product up and running.

As mentioned above, restart the sim after activation...What version are you trying to install/activate? Version 1.4.3 supposedly has simplified activation.

If you have problem with activation - you always can write mail to DBS Support (by mail form start page of DBS Studio site) or to web-form on dbsimstore.com.
