Hey guys, I recently upgraded my whole PC, new motherboard processor etc, and I got Windows 7 64, and when I went to Re-Install the 4100 into FSX, the installer went straight to installing without asking me for my email, order number, or password. I made a backup of the original setup.exe as soon as I recieved my download link from PMDG when I purchased it. I already un-installed it, and when I attempted to re-install the same thing happend it just went straight to installing. Now heres the funny part, When you're at your home screen in FSX, where you can set up your flight, and select an aircraft (4100) it spins in the preview window and ask for... See Attached.Then I tried entering my order number but that didn't work, so when I clicked cancel, it said this...At this point I am not sure what to do, I have never seen this before.If anyone could help out, I'd appreciate it.Angelo Cosma

Angelo: The JS41 validation is different from the other PMDG aircraft. As Yunus pointed out, your product activation code is provided via email from PMDG.

You didn't make a copy of your downloaded executable? You have an option of purchasing the extended download service for a couple of bucks.

moUnfortunately, no. I use the opportunity to re-download the executable, as is extended downloads from CaptainSim, for example (with an unlimited number of downloads)Really inconvenient service is it from PMDG side. Moreover, I have this service already (payed when J41 purchased). Accordingly with rules request for new link should be sent via mail, but e-mail support service is closed already. Then not any information about re-downloading and installation is here http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx (Support Desc) So I haven't any ideas and information how I can receive this link with executable file.

The email support was replaced with an on-line support portal at their web site. Open a trouble ticket with your purchase info and that will get the extended download link turned back on for you.
