Hey guys,Finally broke down and bought the expansion, but I can't get the thing to load right. From the manual, it appears that I, as a W7 user may have a problem with the permissions on my aircraft.cfg file. The manual says I need to adjust the permissions, but I'm not really sure how I would go about that, since I have them off, largely. Thoughts?

run the installer as admin, assign admin rights to affected folders (pmdg folder, subfolders and aircraft folder where config file is). Vista has similar nanny stuff, it's working with UAC turned off and the rights assigned.

Yeah, that didn't work, since I already had those rights se, from all the earlier installs, but thanks anyway. But, I did manage to fix it by adding and then removing the protections, so it worked. Really like the sound pack. Currently flying an atlantic crossing LIRF-KJFK
