Sorry for necro-posting but has everyone made any progress with that?I also have this problem, namely with the PMDG 747 and CLS DC-10 running on TSS native FSX sounds. (the engine sound is mismixed, way too loud on idle and still there when turning off the engines) and all CLS planes.Using a VIA VT1708S on-board sound, my biggest suspect is the way those low-end sound devices handle FSX sounds.
