Traffic Tools is a free utility by Lee Swordy (available at all DL sites) which is often used to decompile Traffic files into their three base components (for editing) and then recompile the three elements back into a Traffic bgl which FS can use. In FS2004 the default traffic file is named traffic030528.bgl and it is in your Scenery/World/scenery subfolder. Do not delete it - just rename it as traffic030528.bgl.original to disable it. That will remove all default Traffic including GA traffic.
