June 10, 201015 yr it makes no sense that you are getting OOMs with your specs. have you tried installing cpu-z to see if all of your ram is detected? fsx is a 32bit app so it won't ever take up more than 4gb.Are you running any other aplications while flying?
June 10, 201015 yr I only run ASE,Smartdoctor,Saitek SST Profiler,Realtek HD Audio when im flying.Wher must i look at CPU-Z?
June 10, 201015 yr google? LOLhere it is: :)http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.htmlmemory & SPD tabs are the relevant ones I guess
June 10, 201015 yr And make sure You have paging file enabled and set to proper size. You can also try running clean FSX and then adding extensions one by one while monitoring memory load and looking when problem appears.

Mine runs happily without one. June 11, 201015 yr No, operating systems needs paging file, whatever amount of ram You have installed. It can run without it flawlessly for weeks, and all of the sudden generate OOM error.EDIT:Microsoft support:"In modern operating systems, including Windows, application programs and many system processes always reference memory using virtual memory addresses which are automatically translated to real (RAM) addresses by the hardware. Only core parts of the operating system kernel bypass this address translation and use real memory addresses directly. Virtual Memory is always in use, even when the memory required by all running processes does not exceed the amount of RAM installed on the system."
June 11, 201015 yr Is it set to: "system managed size" or "custom size"? If it's sys managed change it to custom and set both, initial and maximum size to 9216 MB.EDIT:You can also try programs like Memtest86 to check Your memory for errors, but it will take long time, long, long...
June 11, 201015 yr Tweaks jsut little tweaks.HIGHMEFIX=1 Tweak and some other Tweaks.Already Tryed not helped
