RMI stays dark and Ramp manager don`t work

Hi, anyone could help?The J41 works otherwise fine, except 3 issuses: 1. The Ramp Manager opens normally, but do not accept commands at all 2. The RMI stays dark and unusable 3. The Speed Charts pop up as a dark/black page and can not be used.PMDG`s support says that : either I have nor SP2 or C++ 2008 is damaged: but I have SP2 installed and also C++ 2008 updated. I have W7/64.Does somebody have any suggestion?br Gabor

Try running the installer and selecting repair options and try uninstalling SP2 and reinstalling it.
