June 18, 201015 yr I just installed 4.3 on windows 7 x64 and i'm trying to open RC to register it and i'm getting a run time error 53. I tried doing a search but found nothing.

June 18, 201015 yr Nothing about a 713 error. I ran the installer as an admin and ran RC as an admin. It just pops up error 53.Nevermind I got it. I copied a shortcut for the .exe to the desktop. That didn't work. The .exe in the program folder works. I'm not sure why.
June 18, 201015 yr In the shortcut you created you (as an admin) need to set a property in the shortcut to run RC as an admin. See if that helps.
