See if you can load the plan below. Copy it into notepad and save as egpheham.pln. It doesn't have any FS Commander info in it which might explain why you can't load yours. Just a guess.[flightplan]AppVersion=9.0.30612title=EGPH to EHAMdescription=EGPH, EHAMtype=IFRroutetype=1cruising_altitude=37000departure_id=EGPH, N55* 57.00', W3* 22.35', +000134.51departure_position=6destination_id=EHAM, N52* 18.48', E4* 45.85', -00009.84departure_name=Edinburghdestination_name=Schipholwaypoint.0= , EGPH, , EGPH, A, N55* 57.00', W3* 22.35', +000134.51,waypoint.1= , IVG05, , IVG05, I, N55* 57.61', W3* 20.54', +000000.00,waypoint.2= , Fix01, , Fix01, I, N56* 2.18', W3* 14.25', +000000.00,waypoint.3= , Fix02, , Fix02, I, N56* 2.25', W3* 9.65', +000000.00,waypoint.4= , Fix03, , Fix03, I, N55* 57.40', W3* 1.73', +000000.00,waypoint.5= , TLA, , TLA, V, N55* 29.95', W3* 21.17', +000000.00,waypoint.6= , NEW, , NEW, V, N55* 2.31', W1* 41.90', +000000.00,waypoint.7= , UMBEL, , UMBEL, I, N54* 1.73', W0* 29.12', +000000.00,waypoint.8= , OTR, , OTR, V, N53* 41.90', W0* 6.22', +000000.00,waypoint.9= , LIBSO, , LIBSO, I, N53* 31.48', E0* 5.60', +000000.00,waypoint.10= , SUPEL, , SUPEL, I, N53* 13.67', E0* 35.47', +000000.00,waypoint.11= , DOLAS, , DOLAS, I, N52* 58.72', E1* 0.05', +000000.00,waypoint.12= , ENITO, , ENITO, I, N52* 48.08', E2* 28.05', +000000.00,waypoint.13= , BEKMO, , BEKMO, I, N52* 59.17', E2* 37.17', +000000.00,waypoint.14= , ELDIN, , ELDIN, I, N53* 9.55', E3* 21.13', +000000.00,waypoint.15= , SPL48, , SPL48, I, N52* 37.64', E3* 32.68', +000000.00,waypoint.16= , TISKI, , TISKI, I, N52* 36.50', E3* 37.42', +000000.00,waypoint.17= , VEREL, , VEREL, I, N52* 34.30', E3* 46.58', +000000.00,waypoint.18= , EHAM, , EHAM, A, N52* 18.48', E4* 45.85', -00009.84,

Now that we've established you can't load a standard FS9 plan I think the next step will be for JD to load the one I supplied. I'm sure he can.I'm afraid I don't have W7 so I can't offer much more advice. Where do you have RC4 installed? In C:\Program Files? That area is protected by W7 and it is very protective. Try uninstalling and reinstalling to C:\RC4 and see if that helps.

Hi Ray, I have RC installed under Program Files (x86) as with all FS/add-ons and I am having trouble w/ this and one other program....I have un-installed and re-installed about 6 times in the last week w/ no success.....

So you have installed RC5 outside Program Files and you still get these unregistered DLL messages? If so then I'm afraid I'm out of ideas as I don't have W7 - sorry. The only other thing is for you to run as an Administrator but I'm sure you've already done that.Hopefully JD or someone with W7 will be able to sort you out. I know JD has been running RC4 under W7 64-bit so rest assured it will run. It's just a case of narrowing down what is wrong on your setup. It can be frustrating and is usually something simple. In situations like this it best to start with a default aircraft at a default airport and with as few addon programs running as possible.

Thanks Ray.....I will continue at my end as well and see if there is something I have missed......probably something small but critical.

Jd, I just tried RCV and it loaded a flight...see the attached. The bigger problem now is that I have NO sound with the program nor do I have sound w/ another ATC program which I use now and then..any ideas how to solve a computer sound problem with add-ons such as RCV. I get sound with all else on my system and FS9, just these two atc programs.Thank you

some sound cards have hi def settings that can't handle fs, rc sounds. try dialing back the sound settings to cd quality - or whatever it might be called.maybe new sound card drivers to allow playing of sounds from multiple sources.without fs running, start rc, go to the options screen, press the speaker icon. can you hear the callsign? do you have the volume turned up for the rc app in windows 7?jd

Cannot hear sound when pushing RC speaker....have looked at as much as I know...(which isn't much) see attached. This OS has more stuff than XP and I am still trying to locate things.

Jd,I don't know what I did but I did re-install original drivers performed a system fix and whatever else and all is working................I am confused...Thank you again for all your assistance...don't get too comfortable as when RCV 5 comes out we will be doing this all over again LOL :(

did it just start to work or is there something you did to get it to work?CheersGav
The easiest way is to download a library file from Ascentive here:http://www.ascentive.com/support/error_messages/dll.php?dllname=MSSTDFMT.DLLThe file is :         http://www.ascentive...ibraryfiles.exe  Just run this program snd the missing .DLL will be installed and registered. I keep a copy on hand because every time I have reinstalled FSX this 'DLL needs replacing.Neal HowardBtw...I appreciate your pain. I'm a 73 year old retired pilot and these newfangled things do get complicated
ok, i run the program in this post i found in another thread, reposted here in case anyone else finds this thread firstGav
