June 22, 201015 yr Hello PauloLooking at this it seems to me you have not got the BAT switched on on the overhead panel. Have you tried that and/or the STANDBY POWER SWITCH? also on the overheadLet me knowRegardsAlan Watson
June 22, 201015 yr Thank You again Allan.I only can access the OH pushing shift+7, but because stays underneath the MP I must push shift+2 to hold the main panel. And after starting the APU I have black PFD, ND and EICAS. Please see the attachments.HELP!!!!Paulo BatistaPortugal
June 22, 201015 yr Hello PauloInteresting. It might be an idea to uninstall the 800/900 and reinstall. Have you still got the 600/700 installed? I have only the 800/900 installed. What about uninstalling the 600/700 for good and see what happens. As you know it doesn't take long it might be worth a try. Let me know.BRAlan Watson
June 22, 201015 yr I found this topic on the forum "B737NG 700 Panels Black or Overlay Loaded B737NG-800/900 now 600/700 Panels are screwy"And they speak about a patch/update for the entire 600/700/800/900 series, but on PMDG site theres nothing about this patch only patch for esch serie.Does anybody nows about this?ThanksPaulo Batista
June 22, 201015 yr Alan, the problem is that I paid for all the series fo 737NG.So I think is responsability of PMDG to solve this prob.I never read the 600/700 were incompatible with the 800/900.I
June 22, 201015 yr PROBLEM SOLVED!After contacting the PMDG support for the 2nd time they suggested this:1. Uninstall all of your PMDG products from Control Panel/Programs and Features.2. Manually delete the FS9\PMDG Folder and delete any file with PMDG in it from FS9\Gauges and FS9\Modules3. Download and run the 737 Removal tool to ensure the aircraft is fully cleaned out:http://www.precisionmanuals.com/file_libra..._737_REMOVE.EXE4. Install the aircraft in the following order:737-600/700737-800/900737 Model Update (on our site)747-400747-400FMD-11Now it seems everything is ok. But I must return to my airliene company and make quick tests because I have a lot of pax waiting to fly with my 737 planes! Now what I mean? :( Thank you for your help NAVRAD.Paulo Batista
June 23, 201015 yr After all of your updates are in your 600 and 700 model folders you'll see a .bat file to run after installing new liveries. This corrects some cockpit errors mostly 3D but it might have an effect.
June 24, 201015 yr I found that using SHIFT-(number) to bring up panel views caused them not to refresh gauges - in other words the gauges froze. I had to use the assigned hot-keys or click on the panel icons.
