nvlddmkm just won't go away

Featured Replies

Hello,"nvlddmkm has stopped responding and has successfully recovered." Just won't go away. I get it during taxi or landing whether it is a payware airport, freeware airport, or default airport. I tried every driver that nvidia released and so far nothing. I'm this close to just quit this hobby.Has anyone been able to find a solution for this problem? Or has been able to minimize the severity of this error?Your help is much appreciated.

Hi, According to what I am reading this is a problem with Vista, or Overclocking, (if you are overclocking.)Microsoft has issued a supposed fix for this issue.Information is on this page, http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=229865 , along with the link to the Microsoft update. Hope this helps.

Also, there's a dedicated hardware forum here for these types of questions listed lower down on the main forums page. You might get some more help over there . . . :(
