  2. I hope this is not too late, but there are tools recovers files from portioning gone wrong. Try this tool, and see if you can recover all files from that partition. Good luck! http://www.powerdatarecovery.com/damaged-partition-recovery.html
  3. I finally gave up on this hobby! After months of frustration, I finally did it. Sold my PC, yoke, pedals, software and even anything that remotely relate to FSX :-). The upside of this, now i have time to complete my MBA :-).
  4. Vsync is enabled, and the refresh rate is 60 Hz. I used to backup my fsx, until my disk crash, and i didn't continue after that :-(. I'm just dreading this moment to re-install everything...
  5. I used the setting posted in the general section of PMDG forums, i'm using the setting 8xSQ version.
  6. I've done that, and still no go. I tired process of elimination, and still no go. Could it be something to with hardware?
  7. The target frame rate is set to 30 fps, and i'm not using any external fps limiter.
  8. Hi Guys, I'm having a problem with my FSX setup for few months now. No matter what i tweak or do, FSX FPS is stuck at 12 fps, and i really have no idea what to do next. I experimented fsx tweaks generated by web automated tool, and tried different recommendation from different forums posts here on avsim forums and some where else. I give up,and need help. My system configuration: HP 27 inch zr2740w Inter quad core i7-2600K overclocked to 4.4 using water cooling, HT is enabled 32 GB installed RAM 1 TB 7200 RPM Disk nvidia GTX 570 with 1280 MB GDDR 5 using nvidia driver 314.22 I would appreciate the input guys, i'm this close to my pc to charity :-).   11. Hi,I tried deleting fsx.cfg and let fsx generate a new one, but I still get the same error. Is there a different file that I need to check?This is frustrating.
  12. Hello,I'm having a problem with FSX and 570 GTX card, it works fine with FSX SP1 but when I install SP2 I get a message that the hardware does not meet the minimum requirements. Any idea or any one has come across this issue before?

Some in this world don't have respect nor appreciation for the hard work of developers, and on the other hand, some developers raise prices to offset such loss. This is the dark side of the digital world. A balance must exist, but how, i don't really know!

I asked are you still committed to this project, and his reply was "The project is live. We work over the big updating."I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.
