Yeah, I was supportive for a long time, and came to realize they were going to shut down sooner or later when the updates stopped the first time around, and they mentioned redoing the coding.I just hope they are decent enough to release their code as freeware so someone can finish it, as it was so promising.Live and learn I guess.Having looked at the explanation of suspension:http://www.yourlegal...?id=35&cat=corpIt could be reinstated very easily, so who knows what is going on?Still, the OP is correct in his warning, and even if they remedy the situation, hold tight until a final product is released.

The warning comes almost two years too late for me. :($60 for the essentially useless, CTD-infested and non-supported "real deal". Can't always have great deals I guess...

I posted a link to this thread in the Airsimmer support forum. I probably won't get a response from anyone who might be in charge. In fact, I'll probably get banned for asking if they had any response! My guess is that in the not too distant future, when I go to pull up their web site, I'll get a blank page or server error.

I believe there is a minimim where if you are making under $30,000 you don't have to register your business.

Not sure that Ryan is deleting at present, it is however poor form.

I think Vasilius is deleting now but it is useless. Their developers (past developers) could say a lot more, problems started from a long time. The only things done good by Airsimmer are those NDA rules but even them will not stand up for ever and in front of authorities and a good lawyer .
