Just when everyone was making plans for the funeral here comes a patch basic users have been waiting (a long time) for. Perhaps Airsimmer have told the truth after all - they said they would get basic sorted before moving onto the ET version again...

You are right, and for those of us who bought into it (ET, and basic) , we have no choice but to do so anyway.I believe (as most other posters do) that the main issue is the complete silence from AS development team, that is causing the issues. I understand the argument that they have no more to say until they fix the basic first, but they promised a monthly update that never came to fruition. One that could silence the critics, or at the very least calm them down.

round things! The only reason an "update" was released was due to increased pressure on non-airsimmer controlled communication channels - i.e. forums that they have no control over. Airsimmer are incapable of telling the truth - viz the crap that was spouted when the ET was first formed, followed by the "monthly updates" and all the other garbage that ensued. They are crooks, spivs and conmen, nothing more.

Either Ryan and the rest of the AS team have skin so thick that nothing can penetrate it or they are just downright rude and ignorant. I doubt they have any morals from how they have treated both their customers and followers. Even now they point blank refuse to answer questions, ignore any requests for honesty and think that putting out another update without so much as a "sorry it took so long" will restore their reputation. Ryan Briggs, take your dry sarcasm back to your own domain. I speak for myself when I say if you never show up here again you won't be terribly missed. A SP with 4 bullet points is supposed to be what? Your redemption? Pay for one copy of iFly and register on their support forum. Your whole airsimmer team can share the same login so you get to see how it's done right, and how friendly and positive everyone can be in this community. Guaranteed to be a first time eye opener for you all trust me.Next time when you choose people to affiliate and work with, do so more smartly, instead of being part of a scam.

I suspect (and I hope I am wrong) that this "update" was posted in haste and as a reaction to the latest flap that just happened.....Have not had a chance to test it yet so we shall see.

I think you are all being a tad harsh on the guy. Some of you seem to take his remarks personally or something. After all, it's only an internet forum....:( The only people who fell for the Airsimmer 'trick' were those who didn't refund it after 30 days. But if you went for the Extended Team...well, thats a different story.EDIT: I'm going to post a link to this on the Airsimmer forum to see how fast it gets deleted. :(
