  1. Happy Birthday my beloved FS9!
  2. Hi!I've been flying Tom's and Greg's models for years and I'm sure there's not much of a problem there. You should read the Propliner Tutorial 2008, also available at the Calclassics site. You'll find the answer as to why the aircraft is pitching down. In resume, you are flying too fast at too low altitude.A propliner is in constant climb until you reach Max altitude for the type. Normally a DC-6 has a ceiling of FL230.You start probably cruise at FL110-120 depending on the route and fuel on board. As you get lighter, your nose starts to pitch down. As it reaches 0 degrees, you can start climbing 2000ft. You'll then be cruising with a nose up a few degrees. As you reach 0 degrees again, start climbing. When you can't climb no more, i.e. FL230, you reduce power. You'll find that the notes for the DC6 by FSAviator mention several power settings for cruise. They are to be used within a defined situation. This is explained in detail on the above mentioned Tutorial.Enjoy your flights Sir and if you fly online on IVAO, you can contact me if you have any problem. :(
  3. I purchased 3 of the FSD aircraft: the Piper Seneca V, the Aerostar 177 and the Commander 115TC v1.They all display the Outside Air Temperature as 0C on the ground with the default KSEA situation of Clear Skies. Switching to any other aircraft, including the default Cessna 172, they all display correctly 15C, but not the FSD aircraft! :( If anyone else here has a recent build of these aircraft, or better a recent install using the latest installers from FSD, could you check if you see this problem, please?I wrote on their forum, specifically as the Aerostar 700 has another problem with the Pressurization system and I wrote directly to their Support. Until now their answer is inconclusive.I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem. I've tested them in Windows XP and Windows 7 32bit, and in the process run out of activations! :( My Win XP is a recent install and FS9.1 is installed without any other addons, except for the FSD aircraft. Many thanks! :(
  4. Hi!Thanks for the VERY good news! :smile:Nice shots Stephen! :(

  17. Hi!Thanks for the links! :( But I was wondering why it seems Aerosoft stopped stocking it?Would they expect to be producing the new 737NGX for FS9 or is it a marketing ploy to oblige people to move to fsx as the fs9 version is unavailable?Me wonders! :( Soft Landings! :(
  18. Hi!It seems I can't find one retailer that still has this version, nor even Aerosoft lists it anymore.Has anyone knows why the Aerosoft version isn't available since the last few months? Thanks! :(
  19. Hi!It has been released now at FlightSim store! :( And I can't get in! Their servers must be very busy!Soft Landing! :(
  20. Hi!I can only say to Ed's post:Amen! :( Still a very proud and satisfied FS9 customer! Will buy any A320, B737, B777, B757 that is well made: not as substitutes, but as additions to what I already have! But, hey I am an Addict to FS9 (Oh dear! Just bought the AS A320 Basic having already the ET version)!Does any one knows when is the next meeting of FS9AA? :( Soft Landings! :(
  21. Hi!Many thanks for doing this Bob! :( I was convinced that it was already here on the Library! It is a very good replacement for the original FDE!Some people still use these aircraft and still repaints are made for them until something vastly superior comes up!Many thanks!Soft Landings! :(
  22. Hi!Do a search here on the Avsim Library or at Flightsim.com. It should be on one of these.Soft Landings! :(
