FSRepaint with Carenado (FSX) Craft

Featured Replies

Hi,I can't seem to get FSRepaint to work with Carenado craft... it'd be able to quickly view my repaints without having to load up FSX...Anyone have any tips/work-arounds?Thanks

You are not alone in that respect . I also cannot load any FS X versions using this programme ( although I must add that I have the DEMO version ) . I have this " problem "with other aircraft too , not just Carenado . Until I know for sure that they WILL load I will not be purchasing a full version of this programme .However for most of the Carenado aircraft that I have I also have the FS 9 version and these do load . Then it is just a question of porting - or converting to DDS - them into FS X after checking them .John

Have a look at the Painting- FAQ`s , question nr 12There is also another way to view planes in FSX, I simply forgot that one.If someone knows, please tell us and I`ll add it to the answer nr 12.Leen de Jager

Is the painting FAQ gone? Am I just being blind. I am having this issue and I know there is a way to reload the textures in FSX without closing and reloading the entire program but I can't for the life of me find the solution. Any help?EDIT:Oops! Nevermind my response. I am still getting used to these forums but I have found the FAQ.On a second note, I thought there was a different way to load the textures via a combination of key presses. Has anybody heard of this solution?Marcus

Yes, I heard about it too. Can`t recall the keystrokes involved.I really hope someone can help us.LeenPSI`ll add them to the FAQ`s right away, as soon we know about them.
