August 14, 200322 yr I had a similar problem and got an answer from Tim very quickly. I have never had a problem getting support from FSD. They do like you to pose your problem in their own tech support forums first though.I've had very good luck with their products generally. August 14, 200322 yr I had a problem getting the transfer utility to port over my Cheyenne, Tim emailed me very quickly and tried to help get it to work, directed me to the site, sent me links to new files, even a utility to try and tell me what was wrong, finally got it installed. Tim was very supportive and prompt, even though I had problems the support was excellent. Luckily my Seneca was less of a hassle! LOLOne thing you should keep in mind, these guys have a ton to deal with, from install issues to rude users, if they take to long to get to you or come across less than ideal, think about the big picture and just give them the benefit of the doubt.
