New Repaints (Audi Theme)

Featured Replies

Here's some pics of the latest repaint I've been working on.It's an Audi theme/livery and I've currently only applied it to the Cessna C172N.I'm planning to touch up the interior also and I'll upload the whole package ASAP.I might do the same Audi theme for some of the other Carenado aircraft; let me know if you have any suggestions/requests for which ones...

Looking good. My son is waiting for a 2011 Audi to arrive in Aug/Sep in Austin. Too bad, he's not a simmer. Keep 'em coming.rayM

That's a very stylish paint! Excellent adaptation of the logo to a fuselage. Keep 'em coming.

Thank you, thank you!Luckily the Audi logo is symmetrical and has no text so it can be used on the fuselage without causing any problems with mirroring. It's a shame Carenado only used one fuselage texture sheet and mirrored it; the C172N is one of my favourite planes and this is my only complaint...

Here's the modified interior.I've tarted it up a bit and given it a slightly 'fresher' looking black/grey/red theme. Matches the exterior nicely, I think...I'll upload the whole 'Audi' repaint to the file library ASAP...

Nice work. Combine this with the black HD panel by Bill, and it will make for one stylish Skyhawk.

Do you have a link to this HD panel? I can't seem to find it in the file library...G
