July 3, 201015 yr Everytime ive used the autothottle for a long flight and then disengaged it for landing its very slow to move unlike before i engaged A/T. For those who don't understand if i move the mouse wheel at the same rate before and after the thottle quardrant moves half as fast. Please help as this is a really big issue for me. It occurs in all aircraft. July 5, 201015 yr I don't fly heavies much, so I do not use auto throttle, but here is a thought...Have you adjusted your sim rate from the drop down menu to a slower speed, such as 1/2 speed or 1/4 speed? "... speed ... is the only reason for flying." - Clyde V. Cessna

July 5, 201015 yr I've had the same problem with all my birds, so it's not to do with the autothrottle. Anytime after a long flight the throttle spools up much more slowly when I'm flying the approach than when I start the flight. And I use the keyboard throttle controls, so it's not your throttle quadrant either. I've just gotten used to it, but I think it's a fault in FSX. Mike Beckwith
