July 9, 201015 yr Author I'm almost positive this is a laptop only drive so it wouldn't help most FS usersIf it is a standard SATA there is no reason it can't be used in a desktop. I have another SSD laptop drive I currently use in an external enclosure... I don't think that is an issue at all so I pose the original question of whether or not this technology would benefit FS...-P Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk

July 13, 201015 yr I don't know.... never seen something preform well that claims to do two things great... hopefully this will be different.
