There are worms that spread on the internet without any interaction, you dont even have to download anything. Once I got a worm on my computer while downloading the latest updates for windows, had been online for about 15 minutes on a completely clean windows installation. I would highly recommend not to even connect to the internet without having an up-to-date windows and antivirus. How do you even know that you dont have a virus when youre not running anti virus?

Alright dont get angry, i said that because in the past some viruses i had slowed down my pc. And i said nothing about trojans
