Friends, I am toying with purchasing some software (which isnt cheap) that is used it creating multimedia screensavers etc. As part of the testing of this product, I have created a FS based screensaver that has a professional installer and features screen shots I have made and saved from Flight sim over the years. I think it turned out pretty well.I'd like to invite the folks here, who want to give it a try, to please download from this link. Please give me feedback primarily on the install experience, how well it works on your PC and lastly, on the content, though thats not the most important part. The files should be harmless to your machine and once you are through with it, you may uninstall the same way you would any program. No warranty or guarantees are made on the trial effort here. This has been installed on several PC's and laptops without an issue.http://ejoiner.typepad.com/screenshots/fs9_ejoiner2.zipPlease give it a go and advise. I will leave this link up through Sunday , July 18th. The installer itself expires within 7 days of compiling, so the thread will stale date itself by next week. Please do NOT repost this link nor upload the file somewhere else. As I said the installer expires and this is strictly a test effort though perhaps you will enjoy the content! Also this is not intended to be a commercial product, now or in the future. kind regards and thanksEric

Hi Eric -I took the bait and download the package. As I always do, I ran a virus scan on it first which said everything was clean.I was hesitant to install it as there was no "instructions" which spoke about uninstalling later on. I know you mentioned it in the post, but it should be mentioned in a "readme" which could be added to the package.I like the preview (before actual installation) option. Nice collection of pictures. Does the screensaver logo still apear if you use a register version of the program? That was a small distraction.Few of us use screensavers (especially those featuring "aircraft") anymore - tends to remind the wife that we spent far too much time with our hobby/addiction - so am not sure how much interest there would be in such an offerring.Otherwise everything worked "as advertised".Hope these random thoughts are helpful.

Thanks Opa. Appreciate the feed back. I believe in the registered version the logo of the maker does go away. As I indicated, I am just toying with this. Not really looking to develop anything commercial for it.Kind regards and thanks again.Eric
