Flight Sim Labs Concorde x ?

Featured Replies

I haven't seen anything about this plane. I know it's expensive but I've been waiting for a good Concorde for FSX. Does anyone have info about how it is?Thanks for any info

Very good but very complicated. You will be doing a fair amount of reading to get it flying.

Very complex and very well done. This aircraft is not easy to pickup, and everything happens faster in this aircraft which makes it more difficult to manage. Also, utilizes INS for navigation, which is fully simulated and requires a little bit of learning as well.

Best buy if you like Concorde and enjoy reading manuals to get her running. No good for people who like to jump in an enjoy a "full throttle and pitch up ride".The systems are done very good, the new tools will definitely help at the beginning and it even has a failure generator. Since the first service pack there's a tutorial included which is done very well but will also raise demand for more details. If you're new to using the CIVA INS then this detail will also grab some attention while the whole flight dynamics and speeds surely give some new input even to the experienced (low speed) flyer.I bought her, had to buy some videos too and will go ahead with some books - she's worth it but will be very demanding on the first few flights and even later.Frames are quite good when considering the complexity ("highmemfix" recommended), support is fast and friendly. After using MD11 and Maddog I would absolutely say that Concorde X is the most complex addon I know and it even tops the amount of reading I've done to get into a new aircraft.
