August 8, 201015 yr I use a Just Flight Program and GA Traffic to control my AI aircraft. Recently my TCAS notified me of a conflict. I was at FL310 controling a Dreamfleet 727-100 and was suprised to find that the conflict was with a BE58 also flying at FL310. I don't think that should happen. What type of software is needed to reset the BE58 max Alt to something more realistic? This is the only AI aircraft that I have seen to date on my system with this type of a problem.I tried looking at the air file of the BE58 with Windows Word Pad but all I could see was garbage. Thanks again for your help.Tom

Thanks again for your help.TomAs I understand it, the "crusing altitude" is one the of factors in the flightplan section of any traffic file.Example: AC#2,N6273,55%,4HR,IFR,12:02,,025,R,0000,KMVY,13:00,,025,R,0000,KOWD The 025 would set the altitude at 2500 feet in that example. If I am wrong, I am sure someone will jump in and correct me.As far as seeing (and editing) what is in any .air file, you need the free utility named AirEd (available in the library) or the payware utility named Air Wrench.Link to AirEd: http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=aired152_update806.zip&CatID=root&Go=SearchHope that helps.
August 8, 201015 yr Opa, you are right, an altitude of 2500' is listed as 025 in a flight plan. Supporter GhostRecon.net | AGgReSsion WhiteKnight77's Place Mike Shannon
