My PC: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW, i7 6700k OC'd to 4.6, ASUS Rog Maximus VIII Hero Mobo, 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM, 2 Intel 750 Series SSDs, Creative Sound Blaster Z.

That appears to be the realworld COA Flight Manual. Something like 2000 page on 737 operations. There is no copyright on it (It's a flight manual, they usually don't have copyrights), but it's not legal, as it's a private company document.
