Addon Manager "Flying Tips" Option

Featured Replies

On the Addon Manager screen is an option called Flying Tips -Exactly what is that supposed to do? I have tried it both checked and unchecked and have not observed any difference.I do have the Display Flying Tips option unchecked in my FS2004 Settings/Realism dialogue. But I am curious what the option in the Addon Manager does.

Here's what Virtuali said recently when commenting on the functions of Add-On Manager: "Provide "Flying tips", which was a function used by all Cloud9 airplanes (F104, MB339 and Phantom) to provide useful info while flying, to alert of several conditions which were unique to that plane, like alerting the user of special failures that are not handled by FS9."Hope this helps.gwillmot
