FSCONFIG and AISMOOTH.

fs9cfg16.zip in the utilities section of the FS9 section here on AVSIM. This allows taxi speed adjustments for runway taxi to exit and also taxiways. Use only minor adjustments.aismooth_v120.zip is in the FSX utilities section but also works on FS9. Its main purpose is to control AI on approach for separation by placing arrivals in holding patterns. It can also control AI speed on final. You specify the separation in seconds.I also recommend if using ATC turning off the option for its ATC voices, etc. Lastly you might want to keep the option of responding to user aircraft off if any other application is controlling AI.
