August 24, 201015 yr Hello All....This is my first visit to this Forum..and post..(Not sure if this is the right place to post this Btw) was searching through Scenery this morning and noticed a DL for Athlone Power station - Cape Town...Had to smile, if thisfFile contains the 2 rather large Cooling Towers...then.....now, they're history. They demolished them on Sunday. DL them now for posterity. :( Things look interesting on here..seems very informative.ThanksZA
August 24, 201015 yr Greetings Zulu Alpha, and welcome to AVSIM. If you look closely you'll find quite a lot of those cooling towers in the default scenery. They're not particularly accurate, but the do tend to locate power stations in the landscape. Mike Beckwith
