August 24, 201015 yr Hi Iain, By sending an email, do you mean you opened a trouble ticket? I would imagine they don't answer emails or at least not at the speed they do answer tickets, so if you haven't done so I would open one. Like Paul said, you can try a different email but I had better results after I added them to my contacts.
