I am trying to run the program but when I speak the command it gives me a fatal shutdown.Other times after the first time I say check it stops at that point.It will not continue the checklist.I also get microsoft warning pop up then shuts down.

Hi Roger,Not sure as I haven't heard of that one before.What OS are you using?Which 737 version are you using?Try this:1. Re-install the host 737 and apply all updates for it.2. Then re-install FS2Crew 737 and SP1.Let me know if that helps.Best,

I am using Just flight 737 PIC boxed version and I have been using it prior to the intall of FS Crew 2010 without problems. I am not sure what you mean by OS Could somthing else be loading in the background. Should I shut off my virus program? I hate to do this unless you think this might be causing the problem.When I say before taxi check I get one response then nothing else . I say start again and get the same thing.then my screen flashes and I get fatal E and shut down.

Hi Roger,OS refers to the Operating System like Vista, Windows 7, 32 or 64 bit.You shouldn't need to shut off your anti-virus.Something is wrong on your system.Please email me at admin *at* fs2crew.com.We'll do a remote desktop and try to figure it out.Best,
