August 21, 200322 yr Strange but true--you get the full gamut of reactions to FS9. I am truly amazed at how fantastic the version runs on my machine. I am running the dreaded Radeon 9700 Pro, which has never caused me the slightest grief, on the dreaded Granite Bay board with alledged AGP8x troubles (it runs fine always on AGP8x on my machine), and FS9 is just plain solid and smooth *almost* wherever--big and little airports, weather, maxed autogen, 38m mesh, the whole shot. M$ must have done all their work on a machine just like this one as it is just plain great. Don't like the ugly water reflections at times, and I can't wait till night lighting is improved, but otherwise I am extremely happy with this release. Aircraft are so much nicer to handle. It's running the Eaglesoft 400A just great too. I think I have stumbled on to the perfect tweaks for this particular setup.Good luck out there!Noel Noel System: 9900X3D Noctua NH-D15 G2, MSI Pro 650-P WiFi, G.SKILL 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000, WD NVMe 2Tb x 1, Sabrent NVMe 2Tb x 1, RTX 4090 FE, Corsair RM1000W PSU, Win11 Home, LG Ultra Curved Gsync Ultimate 3440x1440, Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case, TCA Boeing Edition Yoke & TQ, Cessna Trim Wheel, RTSS Framerate Limiter w/ Front Edge Sync.
