September 4, 201015 yr Does the new Airbus X released the other day use a Flight Management System for navigation or can you use the FSX GPS gauge?StanIt comes with an FMS and a Navigraph 0910 navigation database.Edited by author:The autopilot accepts one of two inputs (just like the real aircraft)Heading or FMS NAV...So, as mentioned in another post, you can read the desired track off a GPSand key it into the Heading field, or you can learn to use the FMS and flywaypoint to waypoint.. September 4, 201015 yr It basically flys the built in FS flight plan. Whatever you can load into there, you can fly, including sid's and stars. I use FSC since my flights are pretty well defined down to the runway I want to land on. If you have something like VasFMC you can control it with that too.
