Strange visual issue

On top of all my other llittle niggles, I now have a strange visuall issue while panning the view, either with track Ir or the hatstick. Basically, its as if the screen is made up of vertical sections that are slighty misaligned and out of focus withe the ones next to them, as you pan. It stops as soon as you stop moving the view. I managed to take a screenshot to show this, bear in mind this happens really quickly as you move, the effect moves as the screen pans. its very disconcerting as you can imagine..Here is the screenshot link: 2010-9-5_20-58-33-647.jpg does anyone have any idea what may cause this ? I am beginning to think my computer is haunted, the amount of strange phenomenon I am experiencing!!Cheers, mark

Make sure vsync is on, whether you're using the nHancer or nvidia control panel program.

OK, Vsync is definitely on, and it does not change. I have found that the effect is diminished a bit by selecting unlimited FPS. And it is less noticeable when using the outside view.Any ideas?
