September 6, 201015 yr My JS41 is currently unusable because suddenly I can not enter data into either the EHSI or the EADI. The graphics are there but no figures are there or can be entered.I can't be 100% certain but this seems to have happened since my AV prog found and quarantined a file that it said was a virus - dx7vb.exe. Does this file mean anything to anyone here and could this be the cause of my problem or is there something else you can think of?Iain Smith
September 6, 201015 yr I don't think that this file has anything to do with J41, because I don't have it installed in my system. Have You tried reinstalling Your J41?

I'm coming round to thinking like you - a re-install might be the answer. Thanks for your response.Iain Smith
