September 9, 201015 yr I have several airport sceneries installed, and I have noticed that in some areas of them there is never am AI plane parked. I have every WOAI airline installed plus all of the ones available in Flightsim and Avsim plus I have created several airline flight plans of my own. There are specific areas on which FS9 does not place any aircraft. I have used Lee Swordy AFCAD program to verify and correct issues, but I still don't get any aircraft to park there.I first thought the were disconnect nodes on the taxiways but that is not the case. I have run the Fault Finder routine and there is nothing wrong. I have deleted and created new taxi links in AFCAD but still it doesn't work. Look at area in the foreground in pic 1. and the corresponding AFCAD picture I have changed the size and type of the parking, assigned specific airline codes to some but nothing works.I have noticed that happening in several addon airports. What is wrong and how can it be fixed?ThanksJuan
September 9, 201015 yr More details would be helpful - such as:1. What Operating System are you using - XP, Vista or Win 7 ?2. Where did you save your edited afcads to ? 3. is this for FS2004 or FSX ?4. Did you check the radius of the parking spots against the required radius of the aircraft in question? You can use the aircraft editor in the AFCAD utility to get the radius info.Provide further details and someone may be able to assist you.
September 10, 201015 yr Author Thanks for your reply David,1. I have Win 7 64 bit2. All of my AFCADS are in FS9/ Addon Scenery / Scenery3. Its FS 20044. Yes I have checked parking radius using parking manager, I have changed the type, and size of parking with AFCAD, No aircraft of any size ever parks there. It works fine everywhere else in the airport is only that square section with Gates B50 to B67. I have changed them to GA Ramp and the same, no traffic
September 15, 201015 yr Maybe try disabling some of the parking spots in which the aircrafts are currently parked at, and see if they decide to go park in the spots in question. Or maybe its just a quiet day at that airport
