September 11, 201015 yr I've been loving this aircraft. I just upgraded to new PC and lost my system hardrive during the process. I purchased the extended download during my intial purchase so I initiated a ticket at PMDG and asked for a link to re-download the product. I've done this several times with the same result; I get a form email asking me to buy the extended download package. Since I have already done that I have submitted yet another ticket to ask for a link. I can't seem to get a response or any help. Any suggestions???Thanks,CaptMacDon McDaniel
September 12, 201015 yr The extended download service covers all additional downloads for 1 year after purchase.So if you bought the extended download along with your JS41 over a year ago, you need to purchase the extended download again. You just purchased the extended download service and are waiting for a link from support since you have yet to recieve one.I would check your account on the PMDG site again, and keep an eye on it while you wait.
