Had to uninstall RC and then reinstalled which created requirement for new key. Sent in automatic e-mail and received new key which was pasted into regist'n form. Screen shortly disappeared but when I try to run RC, the Regis'n page returns saying that I am using an unregistered copy. What is lthe problem?Eric

are you running vista or windows 7? did you run rc as admin?did your product id on the registration screen have a minus sign in front of it? did you request a key with the minus sign in front of the product id?does the prodcut id on the registration screen match the product id you sent in the key request email?jd
