To Robert and your entire crew. A HUGE THANKS for the J4100. I just got my system to somewhat run FSX and have been holding off purchasing a single add on as it was questionable if I could even run the default AC. Well after I got hings smoothed out to a satisfactory level, I decided to get the J4100. I figured as complex is this product is, if I could run this, I'm in good shape overall. I am using the normal settings with the Refresh on the FO side very low and Pilots side at 56%. It runs pretty darn good for me. Now, I just wanted to say over the years as a long time customer, you really raised the bar with this aircraft!! Everything is just great. The panel graphics, FDDE and systems modeling that your team created are so life like and she flys like a dream! Thank you PMDG. :) I still have a couple of things to finish studying up on, however I just completed a flight from KHPN to KBOS and loved every minute. I have not taken any kind of short hop or medium lenghth flight for that matter, not even in FS9 over the last year until this afternoon in FSX. Great job gentlemen!! You weren't the only one holding off on purchasing this.After a bad experience with the Cessna Mustang, I was worried about getting the J41.Luckily PMDG are incredibly professional, talented and capable and the J41 runs like a dream and the manuals are just a joy to read.I still haven't sat down with the tutorial (only got it a couple of days ago) but I have never felt so immersed in a plane before in FSX.A2A's B17 and P-47 with Accusim are the only other planes I have that even come close to this level of fidelity and quality. I just wish they had hi-res cockpits like the J41!I use Shockwave 3d lights on AI and the J41 and, last night, I had one of those 'forget that it's a sim and you're actually there' moments in the cockpit of the J41.I accidentally loaded the J41 at night time, and then spent half an hour marvelling at the incredible cockpit lighting while a Dash taxied for take-off in front of me...I managed to taxi to the runway and then in my excitement managed to blow the engines on my first attempt at take-off.I knew that would happen but I had to try it anyway :) This plane is just so immersive and addictive.Now I just have to read through the manuals and try the tutorial!Thanks PMDG for an incredible product.All power to you and your team,Toby
