Aircraft payware

Featured Replies

Just a newbie question there are 3 payware aircraft out there fopr fsx, the Crj series, the e jet series (both in the avsim store) or eaglesoft aircraft(citation x etc...) Which has the best functionality, playability and least hit to a the computer. Also which one has the most texures to add on.

Crj series
a 'wilco fleet' aircraft designed by feelThere. the FMC has limited function (much more than the default FS GPS, you can edit and import flightplans, just not all the 'FMS' bells and whistles). the autopilot controls are extreamly close to real world. other panel functions are limited. designed for the new simmer and/or one that wants to quickly fly. not FSX native, an FS 8/9 model 'ported'. yes this is an old, but solid, simuation.
the e jet series
ejet volume 1 is wilco's and designed by feelThere. includes the 170, 190 and lineage. very exact FMC and autopilot systems. most main panel functions simulated.ejet volume 2 is feelThere's. includes the 175, 195, MAP!, CALL! and manual is over 100 pages covering the FMS function in detail. the embraer HUD specific to the ejets is simulated. FMC and panel functions are a refinements of ejet v1.don't discount the feelThere ERJ v2. the regional jet package include the 135, 145 and 145 'XRJ'. ERJ v2 also includes MAP! and CALL! see review avsim's - http://www.avsim.com...elThere/ERJ.htm
texures to add on
there are a large number of payware and freeware liveries for the embraers. an OK number of CRJ-200 paints, and limited -700 and -900.--
