I just read Evgueni's post under the their web site for the #225 error and since they won't let me post even though I have registered it says to check the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Software and SSW and make sure that the path is right which it is and a after SSW which I made sure was there and still get the error messages.I was wondering if the path under my registry which is listed as HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARESOFTWARESSWA310-300 than the path which is D:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9SSW is listed under the A310-300 dir.Is that right? It should be 'Software' not 'Software/Software'. The Installer incorrectly adds the second software path.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARESSWA310-300 Best thing to do is export the reg setting, then manually change it in notepad then import it again. Then delete the original wrong reg setting when done.Make sure 'D' is the correct drive for your FS folder, it had the wrong drive letter on mine.Hmmm if I could only get SSW to send me an activation key I'd be all set.Regards.Ernie.

Ernie, I see the problem but how do I export it and than import it back?I am having a fit trying.I tried using what you said but I am bad with this part of computers. JeffG

Ernie, I got it to work and now in the same position you are as my code for the 310 does not work,I think because I bought it for FS2002 and I just sent off a email for a new code.We will see how long this takes. JeffG

ok were getting closer i guess.Do you know where the registration form is ? I get a window after selecting the aircraft that has a 'registration form' button. But when I click I get sent to the main SSW website, I can't seem to find any registration form there.Regards.Ernie.

Ernie, you should see a button registration. Then you see your reg code. And a copy function. This copies the regcode to the clipboard. Then you can paste this is an Email to register(@)simsoftworkshop.com (remove ( ) in email adress)Later just copy the activation code you'll receive in the Activate field.Would be great if FSBuild2 (gorgeous progam, just BTW) would also support the 310 in future. But first good luck to get your A310 up and running.Mike

>Then you can paste this is an Email to register(@) >simsoftworkshop.com (remove ( ) in email adress)Ok thanks Mike.Would be nice if it actually said to do that on the menu.>Would be great if FSBuild2 (gorgeous progam, just BTW) would also >support the 310 in future. Hi Ernie,I ordered mine Saturday evening and its working okay so the response has been pretty good. It explains a lot under FAQ on the website. Dont forget to send a copy of the receipt with your code (at least that is what FAQ says). It is very impressive. Just annoying to do the reg edit. Thanks MikeRegardsHoward
