Guns in Cockpits...House overwhelmingly says, yes!

I am an ATP. My job is to fly an airplane. I rather leave the security issues to the professionals like air marshals etc.BTW if an intruder should enter the cockpit, I will probably be dead by the time I would manage to pull a gun and turn around to shoot that intruder. If it is an old fashioned hijack, then I and possibly all passengers may stay alive by just flying that hijacker to his/her new destination. But if the hijacker looks into the barrel of a gun, he/she might panick and shoot the crew. Then what?IMHO there are already way too many firearms around, especially in the U.S. Prevention is better. Therefore NO FIREARMS IN THE COCKPIT.
